Our goal at Spirit Builders is to improve the efficiency with which buildings and their sites use energy, water, and materials. We are able to reduce building impacts on human health and the environment through better siting, design, construction, operation, maintenance and removal – the complete building lifecycle.

 The Craftsman focuses on craftsmanship as well as sustainability through passive orientation with super insulation, PV Solar, high-efficiency heat and the reduction of construction waste.
